Updates for 24-25
Meal Prices ~
Student meals are FREE for all grade levels. This includes breakfast and lunch. Ala Carte, Snack Cart and Milk Break are not free but will be available at a cost. Adult meals are $2.50 for breakfast and $5.00 for lunch.
Breakfast ~
Breakfast will be served from 7:45-8:15am each morning when school is in session. Students will have the choice of a hot or cold entree. Breakfast is FREE for students as long as they take all of the required components. Ala Carte options will also be available to students in grades 6-12.
Menu Choices for Middle School and High School ~
Students in grades 6-12 will have the following menu choices/options this school year.
The Black Line will offer items listed on the monthly menu.
The Purple Line will offer items such as cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, pizza, fish sandwiches, etc. three times a week (M/W/F). Offerings will be posted outside the kitchen on a daily basis. Sides mirroring the Black Line will accompany these entrees.
The Grab & Go line will offer items such as sub sandwiches, wraps and salads. These items will be offered Monday through Thursday and will also be posted outside the kitchen on a daily basis.
All three lines will qualify as a free meal when students take the required components. If the student takes less than the required components they will be charged ala carte prices.
Share Cooler ~
A Share Cooler is located in the cafeteria for student use. Students may place unopened food items that they did not eat in the share cooler. Other students who are still hungry may take an item from the share cooler if they wish. Example: Cheese stick, Go-Gurt, juice cup, etc. This is for all students, grades K-12. There is no charge for these items.
Snack Cart ~
Students in grades K-5 opting to participate in the Snack Cart Program must have a positive balance in their family account in order to receive snacks during their break time. Students will have a variety of items to choose from. Snack items may include but are not limited to cheese stick, go-gurt, fresh fruit, carrot sticks, pretzels, cereal bars, graham crackers, etc. We will do our best to provide as many options as possible. Please note that our Snack Program is not a federally funded program and does not qualify under the Application for Educational Benefits. Students with negative account balances will be denied snack.
Milk Break ~
Milk will no longer be offered during snack time. Milk is included/offered during breakfast and lunch, and we encourage students to participate in both programs.
Ala Carte ~
Students in grade 6-12 may purchase ala carte items. Ala Carte is not a federally funded program and does not qualify under the Application for Educational Benefits. Students must have a positive balance in their family account in order to purchase ala carte items.
Application for Educational Benefits ~
All families are encouraged to complete and submit the Applications are due no later than October 1, 2024.
