New Student Enrollment -  Welcome to Goodhue Public Schools!

If you are new to the Goodhue Public School District, please fill out and submit the following forms.

Step 1
Please complete and submit the following information 
for each child who would like to apply for enrollment in the school district:

OPEN ENROLLMENT

If your child will live outside of the school district at any time during enrollment in Goodhue Public Schools, please also
submit the following open enrollment form:

If your application is submitted for enrollment during the current school year or after January 15th for enrollment for
the following year. Please complete:

Step 3:
Once you have submitted your child's information:
Grades K-8, please contact the School Office at 651-923-4447 to schedule a meeting with the Principal. The purpose of
the meeting is to obtain information about Goodhue Schools, provide important student and family information, and tour
the Goodhue Schools building.
Grades 9-12, the Counseling office must receive specific information from families and your child's previous school(s)
before an appointment will be made with our Counselor/Principal. We will contact you once this is completed.
