After school 3:15-3:30 (Wed. 3:15-5)

Athletic Trainers (AT's) are health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions.


GHS EVENT COVERAGE

Fall:  Volleyball, Football, Cross Country

Winter:  Boys and Girls Basketball, Wrestling, Dance

After major surgery or serious illness or injury the attending physician must certify in writing the student’s readiness to return to competition. It is the student’s responsibility to see that this paperwork is on file in the Athletic Director's Office prior to returning to participation.

A little about me... Jennifer Doerhoefer LAT/ATC

I am a certified athletic trainer graduating from Saint Mary's University with an Applied Psychology: Exercise and Sports Medicine degree. As a member of the NATA and BOC, I am licensed through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. I am an employee of Red Wing Mayo Health for Goodhue Public School.
